repair service within our directory or their suitability for any
project. It is entirely up to you to evaluate each member that you
contact and assess for yourself whether they are qualified to complete
the repair job or other work in question. We recommend you conduct
a proper interview before entering into a contract with any service
provider.
2) FurnitureRepairNow.com does not warranty the work of the service
providers found within our directory.
3) Any dispute with a service provider must be handled directly with the
service provider.
4) You agree to release FurnitureRepairNow.com, our officers, and
employees from any liability, direct or incidental, resulting from your
use of our website and locator service.
5) FurnitureRepairNow.com allows service providers to enter information
into their own profiles regarding their skills and service areas.
This information is not verified.
6) FurnitureRepairNow.com expressly disclaims any and all warranties.
7) You agree to indemnify FurnitureRepairNow.com, our officers and
employees and hold them harmless from any and all claims and demands,
including attorneys fees, from third parties relating to your use of
this site.
8) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of
Delaware. You agree to submit to the venue of the state of
Delaware. Any claim arising from your use of this site will be
brought solely in a court in the state of Delaware.
9) Refunds - Our services are provided at no cost to the public.
For service providers, our membership fees are 100% refundable for the
first 30 days if your are not satisfied with the results you achieve
with Furniture Repair Now. After 30 days, only the current months
fees are refundable.
10) Cancellation Policy - Service providers may cancel their membership
with Furniture Repair Now at any time. |
